Delivered in Molly's signature style, vinyasa yoga classes involve fluid transitions between yoga postures (asanas) where we focus on our breath to guide our movements. Typically our classes focus around a theme, previous examples include seasonal yoga themes, the elements, a focus on specific body parts or yoga postures.
~You are welcome to join these classes if you are a beginner yogi. I always offers options to modify poses and holds a friendly, inclusive and non-judgmental space. Please note that I am currently teaching my classes whilst pregnant, which means I am using verbal cues a lot more than visual demonstrations.
~A log savasana is included at the end of each class, accompanied by a soothing lavender cloth or a temple massage.
~Tea is always served at the end of each class - please bring a takeout cup to enjoy as you travel home.
Delivered in Molly's signature style, restorative yoga classes integrate pranayama (focus on the breath), meditation, yoga nidra practices and slow, steady transitions between asanas (yoga postures) that are held for longer periods of time. These classes are designed to cultivate mindfulness and help you to come home to your body with grace, regardless of how busy your mind is.
~Please bring a pillow and/or a blanket to these classes, as it will help you find extra comfort in the postures that we hold. Tea is always served at the end of my classes.
~These classes are suitable for individuals with no prior experience of yoga.
~You might find it quite challenging to come into stillness initially - our modern, busy lives do not always support rest. Over time, and with practice, you will likely find that it becomes easier to feel less restless in a restorative yoga practice.
A nurturing space for women in their second and third trimester of pregnancy to connect with their bodies, their babies and each other. These classes combine supportive movement, breathwork and deep relaxation practices like Yoga Nidra to help you feel grounded, present and to prepare your body and mind for birth and beyond.
Each session includes time for quiet reflection or journalling, tea and connection with other pregnant women in the group. After booking, you’ll receive a health questionnaire to help tailor the practice to your needs and ensure a safe, supportive experience. Completion of the questionnaire is mandatory for class attendance.
~There is also an option to join a supportive Whatsapp group of mums to be in the local area.
~Please get in touch if you do not own a yoga mat or a yoga bolster/ pregnancy pillow.
