My offerings as a yoga teacher reflect my belief that we can all learn to spend time in our bodies and with our minds, which in turn can have a profound impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. Especially in our current world that is incredibly fast-paced!

My classes typically intertwine aspects of vinyasa and hatha yoga; some weeks might be more dynamic, whilst others might be slower-paced with a greater focus on pranayama and meditation.
I like to think that I offer a kind, safe and relaxed space for you to explore your practice, wherever you are on your yoga journey.
I am a 200hr qualified yoga teacher and a certified pregnancy yoga teacher.
